Supporting emerging marketers to grow and progress

I am passionate about supporting marketers as they progress in their career. I offer a safe space to explore aims and obstacles, using my knowledge and experience to help mentees to identify goals, skills, and prospects, enabling them to advance their career successfully.

I’ve worked with a number of mentees in the arts, from museum and gallery professionals to those starting out within the music charity sector. I’m a mentor for the Arts Marketing Association and with my client Pie Factory Music, I work with the charity’s team and young people to develop their marketing and communications skills.
I can support your marketing team to grow and achieve through a programme of mentoring sessions
If you work in arts/heritage marketing and you’re looking for a mentor, it’s unlikely you’ll find someone better than Bryony. She’s personable and friendly and easy to open up to, but also focused and knowledgeable and you have an awful lot to gain from her. Her resources and follow up notes are incredibly helpful and our sessions have helped me change my perspective and focus on my career goals.
RHIANNA, ARTS MARKETING ASSOCIATION MENTEE
You really couldn’t ask for a better mentor than Bryony – her knowledge and experience has been invaluable to me, from my first year of line management to now. Her enthusiasm is infectious and because of her encouragement, I’m now thinking more strategically about my professional goals. Bryony has been, and continues to be, a fantastic mentor to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Bryony has been very helpful in our mentoring sessions. She handles personal information in a professional way and is a positive influence, allowing one to open up without judgement. The follow up information after each session demonstrates that she is invested in her mentees.
